Refunds and Policies

At Catching Colorflies we always strive to make each of our customers happy. 

If you have a concern about your order please message us and we will do our best to help you. 

Processing time takes up to 3 business days for physical items to ship plus flat rate shipping time. 

Digital products are received immediately via email. 

Refunds for products: 

For digital templates: 

We strive for our customers to understand that because of the nature of a digital product being difficult prove return we do not offer refunds. 

For physical templates received by mail:

Returns are allowed under the condition that all returns must be in original condition and all pieces of the templates are present. Returned items must be post marked for return no later the 3 days after they have been received by customer in order to complete a successful return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Once product has been received and established in good condition a full refund will be applied.
