For digital templates:
We strive for our customers to understand that because of the nature of a digital product being difficult prove return we do not always offer refunds. However, we are always open to listen to our customers concerns and will weigh each order on a case to case basis.
If a refund is agreed upon, we general will refund 50% of the purchase amount since the digital product cannot prove return.
For physical templates received by mail:
Returns are allowed under the condition that all returns must be in original condition and all pieces of the templates are present. Returned items must be post marked for return no later the 3 days after they have been received by customer in order to complete a successful return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once product has been received and established in good condition a full refund will be applied.
